Breathwork Practice: Alternate Nostril Breathing for Balancing, Calming, and Focusing
This is one of our favorite breathwork practices for calming the nervous system, focusing the mind, and bringing balance.
In the video below, Christina demonstrates a variation of alternate nostril breathing or Nadi Shodhana. You’ll be guided through how to do this in a simple way so that you can use this throughout your day.
We find this practice to be especially supportive in helping with feelings of overwhelm or overcommitment and as a practical tool that you can utilize to help you clear your energy and re-center yourself.
